What in NLP?
NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) is the study of excellence. It considers how the Neuro (the mind and the nervous system) receives information (through our sense – what we see, hear, feel, smell and taste), and how the and how the language we use (both verbal and non verbal) influences the way we think, feel and therefore act. NLP offers a collection of techniques and strategies that enable us to model excellence and success. NLP teaches us how to think differently to produce better outcomes and results leading to positive and long lasting behavioural change.
What in Time Line Therapy®?
Time Line Therapy® was created by Dr. Tad James, and is advanced form of NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) These life changing techniques allow people to let go of negative emotions from the past like anger, sadness, fear, hurt and guilt with effortless ease. Time Line Therapy® techniques also allow individual to let go of limiting decisions like “I am not good enough”, “I am not worthy of success” and any other limiting beliefs and decisions which are no longer serving you and which are holding you back from living the life you truly deserve and desire.
Time Line Therapy® produces long-lasting behavioural change quickly and effectively, allowing you to move forward towards your goals without false limitations holding you back.
What you can expect from me as your coach:
COACHING SESSIONS
We will have weekly coaching sessions run via zoom or face-to-face where possible. These sessions will run for 90 minutes.
I work with a range of exercises, tool and techniques including NLP (Neuro-linguistic programming), Time Line Therapy® , Parts Integration and other tools
Whilst the program holds a core structure, I adapt the sessions to meet you needs, always putting you first and holding space for what YOU need in the moment.
SUPPORT
In between sessions, I will provide follow up materials to support you on your journey towards achieving your goal.
After sessions, you will always receive a recap email with a summary of the session, along with any tools, techniques, and action steps we have discussed.
