2 Years ago I found myself bed bound with Chronic Fatigue, unable to do much without needing to sleep. A 5 minute walk was an effort, and it truly felt like my life had been swept from beneath me.
However, unknowingly I was manifesting. I would lie in bed playing music and visualising myself on a podium teaching a spin class to a room filled with incredible people, all radiating this beautiful positive, uplifting and empowering energy. I would spend time creating playlists, as though I was preparing them for actual classes. I would visualise myself waking up in the mornings, watching the sunrise and living on the beach. This process alone, filled me with excitement, with hope and with an energy of possibility and trust that this was going to become my life.
This is my life now. Literally living my dream.
With my passion for coaching, and learning more about the power of the mind, my obsession with the ability to manifest our desires into existence has gone to a new level, and I have found myself diving into a desire to really understand HOW this works.
I am so excited and passionate about the fact that we all have the power to be exactly who we want to be, and live the life we want to live and I would love to share with you some game changing tips that will help you begin to transform your life into one that you truly love.
Firstly, you might be asking "What is Manifesting?" It's a great question - ‘Manifesting’ is thinking your thoughts into existence.
Manifesting goes hand in hand with the Law of Attraction which states that we attract events, situations and experiences into our life that are of similar frequency to our feelings thoughts and beliefs.
When I say frequency, it is important to understand that we are all made up of ENERGY. Everything is made up of energy. And we are all vibrating at a frequency that is in alignment with our thoughts.
Positive thoughts = high vibe frequency
Negative thoughts = low vibe frequency
SO HOW can YOU manifest your desires into existence by using the power of the Law of Attraction?
Get CLEAR on your goal. It is important to know exactly what it is you want.
Once you are clear on what you want and have set your intention. ASK for what you want. (You might do this through writing it down, telling a friend, prayer, meditation, visualisation, vision board etc.)
BELIEVE it is already yours. Spend time visualising yourself having already reached your goal, notice what it looks like and how it feels. Act as though you have already achieved your dream. How do you dress, speak, stand, eat etc... This will raise your vibe.
Have GRATITUDE for what you already have. Take time to celebrate all things you have to be thankful for. Also celebrate all the mini manifestations that you have had throughout the week. i.e. ‘I manifested a free car parking spot’. Notice what are the things you were looking for and asking for that came your way?
Take INSPIRED ACTION - Now you are clear on your goal, what can you actively do to progress towards it? Write a list of everything that you can do.
LET GO and SURRENDER to the Universe - Once you have put your desire out there, and done all the steps above, taken and continue to take inspired action. Let go and trust that what ever it is you wish for is on its way. It is a case of WHEN not IF. It is a done deed. Your dream is yours and its coming.
