4 Day Anxiety Challenge (13th - 16th February 2023)

Fed up with Anxiety??

In Australia, 1 in 6 (17%, or 3.3 million) 16 to 85 year olds have experienced an anxiety and/or affective disorder in the past 12 months.

It's likely then, that either you, or someone close to you, is suffering with anxiety.

We know with recent changes to our environment and economy, that there are a lot of people struggling with their mental health.

  • Anxiety can impact people in a number of ways:

  • Feeling stuck and not being able to move forward

  • Uncertainty around the future

  • Fear of what could happen

  • The 'what ifs' playing over and over again in your mind

  • Feeling overwhelmed and not knowing where to start

  • A sense of needing to run or hide away

  • Not living the life you want to live

It's a tiring and exhausting way to live...you might see problems for your health and even relationships. Together with my amazing fellow coach, Pam Reid, we are putting on a 4 Day Challenge to give you the tools to shift from anxiety to confidence.

Starting on the 13 February, the 4 days will coach you around your anxiety and how you can change your thought patterns to cope with life pressures.


You will learn: - How anxiety operates and where it comes from - The way the mind is working with the intention of helping you out - Your values and beliefs and the way they play into anxiety - A powerful and easy technique to use in any stressful situation

For only $37, you get 4 hours of coaching PLUS Tasking and feedback to those tasks to create momentum in changing your thinking.
